This is Tamiya 31318 Kiso Light Cruiser Kit 77104 from the 1:700 scale Waterline Series. Experience this Taisho-era warship in 1/700 scale. The Kuma-class were the representative Japanese Navy light cruisers of the Taisho-era. Completed in 1920, she took part in operations around the Aleutian Islands and the Philippines.
