Google Checkout Orders:
Unfortunately, Google's system does not give us the ability to create replacements for orders that were placed through Google Checkout.
We can only issue refunds for returns or lost packages. |

Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice). |

You must fill out the Return Form in its entirety and include it with your Return. |

Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. |

Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE. |

Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds. |

ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included. |

We do NOT pay for postage on returns. |

Shipping Charges are not Refundable. |
