In this dark, Mafia comedy, two wisecracking New Jersey gangsters, Gino and Settimo, run away from a violent confrontation with Ukrainian villains and take refuge in Scotland with family they have never met. Not at all what they expect, their law-abiding, stamp-collecting cousin Roberto runs a Glasgow Fish & Chips shop aided by Alice, a woman with whom he is secretly in love.
When Gino takes a shine to his girl and Settimo clashes with brutal hoodlums trying to take over the shop, Roberto's hopeless attitude threatens to ruin everything he cares about - that is, until the Ukrainians catch up with his American cousins and he gets crash course in the family business and learns the importance of strong family ties!
